How It Works
Build a post, receive candidate matches, and then simply view the candidates with the strongest match. Once you’ve selected your favorite candidates click on propose interview, you will be charged a flat fee based on the salary of the position. Our candidates value their privacy since most are already employed; the flat fee is paid to PaidInterviews to help us ensure our candidates contact data remains secure. Once the candidate accepts the interview you receive their contact details. If they do not accept the original interview request then we will refund your payment.
Candidates on PaidInterviews are in-demand people, most of which have jobs already. Therefore most candidates have specified an "ask percentage", which is the amount of the candidate's first year salary that you will be liable to pay to PaidInterviews if you hire the candidate. These funds will be refunded if the candidate leaves your company in less than 30 days. It's like paying a recruiter, but in this case the percentage you pay ultimately goes to the candidate.
Building a post and getting your matches
You build a post just as you would with any other job site, but rather than writing out requirements or qualifications, we allow you to specify the criteria using drop downs and autotype boxes. Select items like degrees or certifications, and then specify whether these items are mandatory or preferred. Attributes of the job allow us to show you candidates that would view your opening as an ideal position. Lastly, you going to name the skills, program knowledge, attributes of the person and languages that are necessary to be successful in the position.
Our unique matching system allows us to show you which candidates are the best candidates for your position. Our proprietary matching technology is designed to show you the most qualified candidates that would be the most satisfied if they were offered the position. This should help you improve employee retention and boost employee productivity at your organization.

Answers
  1. You only pay when you propose an interview to a candidate and when you hire one of the candidates that you that you proposed an interview to on our site. When you propose an interview to a candidate the flat fee is based on the salary range specified in the job post. The fee schedule is as follows:
High end salary $0-$100,000 = $99 per interview
High end salary $100,000-$150,000 = $149 per interview
High end salary $150,000-$200,000 = $199 per interview
If the candidate that you proposed an interview with is eventually hired, then you will be liable to pay the candidate's "Success fee bonus", which is based on the "ask percentage" and the starting salary the candidate receives. The amount is computed by multiplying the "ask percentage" by the starting salary.
